6 Steps to Healing Ketosis Plus Approved Shopping List
When we hear of people who bash the keto diet and say it didn’t work for them; we assume they didn’t do it right and/or they mistaken their adaptation period as something was wrong and quit. Getting into ketosis is not so easy compared to other diets like pescatarian or vegetarian. There’s more effort involved and care that needs to be taken.
The 6 steps below are a short outline of what you need to do to get into HEALING ketosis like our ancestors. The way we teach this method is to focus on the healing aspects of keto and getting our clients to be metabolically flexible. You can get into ketosis in many ways, but not all ways promote healing and some are just down right unhealthy!
Each step is critical and not including one can result in delayed progress, or unsavory symptoms like cramps, aches, fatigue, grumpiness, heart palpitations, headaches, etc… These 6 steps are crucial to the success of your keto journey!

The quality of food you put in your body as well as the food you remove from your diet are critical to the success of your healing journey. We know that this can be quite overwhelming especially for those who don’t seek professional guidance.
That’s why we’ve put together an approved shopping list for you to get started on your journey. This list is pretty extensive, we included the net carbs, fiber, AND toxicity of each item; we’re pretty proud of it and I haven’t found anything like it on the internet yet!
If you don’t see an item on here, it’s likely because it’s something we don’t approve of for the general person to heal with. Of course, we may have missed some items too, so feel free to ask us about any specific items.
